We're a small team of lighting engineers. We don't own a factory — we work with specialist factories that we've vetted and worked with for years. We handle the engineering, QC, and certification so you get factory-direct quality with someone on your side.

Factory-vetted components

We specify Cree, Lumileds, and Mean Well — the same components European brands use. Our factories have been making specification-grade lighting for 10+ years. We inspect every batch before it ships.

Lead Time

3–6 weeks, not 6 months

Standard products in 3–4 weeks. Custom engineered fixtures in 5–6 weeks from design approval. European brands take 3–6 months. That's not a small difference.

Honesty

We tell you if we can't do it

We'd rather lose an order than ship something that fails. If your spec is unrealistic or the price doesn't make sense, we'll tell you — and suggest what works instead.

Hi, I'm Alan. I started Yakeen Lighting in 2018 after working in the lighting industry for several years. I got frustrated with how much markup brands add for basically the same product coming out of the same factories.

So I started this differently. We're a small team — just engineers and quality control people. No sales department, no fancy showroom. We work directly with 4 specialist factories across China that we've audited and built relationships with over the years.
