Brief & Site Assessment

Design

Concept Design

Our design team develops the lighting concept — fixture layouts, architectural lighting strategies, control zoning, and atmosphere direction. We present mood boards, 3D visualizations, and preliminary cost estimates for review and sign-off.

Engineering

Engineering & Specification

Detailed engineering of all custom and standard fixtures. Optical design, thermal modeling, structural calculations, and control system integration. We produce full construction documentation including specifications, schedules, and coordination drawings.

Fabrication

Custom Fabrication

Our Dubai workshop manufactures custom fixtures to exact specifications. Prototypes and finish samples are submitted for approval before production begins. Every fixture undergoes quality inspection — electrical, optical, and finish — before leaving our facility.

Installation

Installation & Programming

Professional installation by our experienced team, with full MEP coordination. Control systems are programmed and commissioned — DALI, DMX, 0-10V, or BMS integration. We work around your construction schedule to ensure lighting is ready when you need it.

Handover

Commissioning & Handover

Final on-site focusing, scene setting, and performance verification. We train your facilities team on system operation and hand over complete documentation — operation manuals, maintenance schedules, and warranty certificates. Support continues after handover.
