What warranties do you offer for hotel projects?
We offer a 5-year comprehensive warranty on all standard products covering the LED engine, driver, housing, and finish. For hotel projects we can provide extended warranty options, on-site support packages, and spare parts stocking arrangements — all coordinated through our regional partners in the GCC.
Do you support DALI, KNX, and hotel BMS systems?
Yes. Our entire product range is DALI-2 certified and fully compatible with KNX, BACnet, and Modbus systems. We work closely with BMS and lighting control integrators to ensure seamless integration with hotel room management systems, scene controllers, and building automation platforms. We can also provide custom protocol integration if needed.
How do you handle guest room lighting design?

For desert environments, we offer high-temperature-rated drivers and UV-stabilised materials to handle extreme heat and solar exposure. All exterior fixtures are designed and tested for GCC climate conditions.
Can you deliver phased deliveries for hotel fit-out schedules?
Yes. We understand hotel projects often involve phased fit-outs — public areas first, then guest floors, then exteriors. Do you provide lighting design or just products?
Both. We offer full lighting design services from concept through commissioning, and we also work alongside your existing lighting designer or consultant as a manufacturer/supplier. Our most successful projects involve both — our design team developing the concept and our manufacturing partners executing it. But we are equally comfortable working from your design team's specifications.
