How to size a chandelier for any space.

Scale is the single most important factor in chandelier design. Too small and it disappears. Too large and it overwhelms. Here are the principles we follow — but remember, custom means we size it precisely for your space.

Designer's Note: These formulas are starting points, not rules. For high-ceiling spaces, open-plan rooms, and statement installations, we always recommend going larger than the formula suggests. Typical lead times are 12-16 weeks from design approval to delivery. Smaller pieces can sometimes be completed in 8-10 weeks. Very large or complex installations with multiple prototypes can take 20-24 weeks. We will always provide a detailed timeline upfront and keep you updated on progress throughout.

Can you replicate a chandelier I've seen somewhere else?

We can create pieces inspired by designs you admire, but we do not copy other designers' work directly. Do you install chandeliers in high-ceiling or atrium spaces?

What kind of warranty do you provide?

We offer a 5-year comprehensive warranty on all structural, mechanical, and electrical components. The finish is warranted for 3 years against manufacturing defects. We also offer extended maintenance packages that include periodic cleaning, bulb replacement, and finish touch-ups to keep your chandelier looking perfect for decades.

Can you work with my interior designer or architect?

Yes, we regularly collaborate with interior designers, architects, and lighting designers from around the world. We can work from your design intent drawings, develop concepts in collaboration with your design team, or provide full design services if you do not already have a lighting designer. We are experienced in coordinating with all project stakeholders.

Do you ship and install internationally?

Yes. We offer international shipping and regularly complete projects across the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt), Africa, Central Asia, and Russia. What about cleaning and maintenance?

All our chandeliers are designed with maintenance in mind. We provide detailed cleaning and care instructions specific to your fixture's materials. For clients in the GCC, we offer annual maintenance packages that include professional cleaning, electrical inspection, hardware tightening, and finish touch-up as needed. Crystal chandeliers should be professionally cleaned every 1-2 years.
