Lens design, reflector geometry, beam shaping, glare control, and IES file generation. Every optic is engineered for precise light distribution and UGR control.
Thermal Management
Heat sink design, thermal simulation, LED longevity optimization, and in-house photometric testing following LM-79 methodology. Engineered thermal paths that protect performance and extend fixture life.
Mechanical Engineering
Fixture design, mounting systems, ingress protection, and structural analysis. Precision-machined housings with tight tolerances for seamless architectural integration.
Electrical Engineering
Driver selection, dimming protocols, DALI-2 integration, and emergency lighting. Full compliance with GCC electrical standards and control system compatibility.
Material & Finish
Anodized aluminum, powder coat, custom colors, and corrosion resistance. Architectural-grade finishes specified to match your design intent and environment.
Quality Assurance
Incoming inspection, in-process QC, final testing, and certification documentation. Every fixture tested before shipping — no sampling, no exceptions.
