A high-end fashion house approached us to design the lighting for their new flagship store in Jeddah's prestigious Corniche district. The three-story, 2,400 sqm space would house their full collection — from ready-to-wear to haute couture, accessories to fine jewelry.
The client's vision was clear: the lighting should treat every garment like a masterpiece in a gallery. Merchandise must be the hero, and the light should elevate, never overpower.

Intimate, warm 2700K lighting with precise accent illumination on accessories and jewelry. Low-glare fixtures and layered ambient light create an exclusive, personal shopping atmosphere.
Programmable scenes for day and night ensure maximum visual impact around the clock. High-CRI sources guarantee color accuracy so that garments look as stunning in the window as they do inside.

The client required 95+ CRI across every fixture for true fashion color rendering. At the same time, every luminaire had to meet SASO 2902 energy efficiency requirements. Typically, higher CRI comes at the cost of efficacy — and the client would not compromise on either.
We specified high-efficacy COB LED arrays with premium red-green phosphors that achieve 95+ CRI while maintaining excellent lm/W output. Combined with engineered thermal management — custom heat-sink profiles designed for the Jeddah climate — the fixtures maintain full efficacy and long life even at peak operating temperatures.
