Product Family

Six linear systems, endless configurations.

From recessed ceiling slots to suspended pendant runs — every linear system shares the same premium LED engine, seamless joint technology, and architectural-grade aluminum extrusion.

▬

Surface Linear

Surface-mounted profile for spaces where recessed installation isn't possible. Clean, low-profile design that sits elegantly on any ceiling or wall surface.

  • No ceiling cutout needed
  • Slim 35mm profile depth
  • Wall & ceiling mountable
  • Quick-install brackets
╱

Suspended Linear

Pendant-mounted linear fixtures for open ceilings and feature spaces. Available in single and double-sided configurations with adjustable cable lengths.

  • Cable or rod suspension
  • Single & double-sided emission
  • Up to 3m single lengths
  • Ideal for open offices
◠

Curved Linear

Custom-formed curved and circular linear profiles. Perfect for feature ceilings, domes, and architectural details that demand flowing lines of light.

  • Custom radii available
  • S-curve & free-form options
  • Full circle & arcs
  • Made to your drawings
┘

Corner Linear

Right-angle and mitered corner solutions for wall-ceiling junctions and perimeter details. Creates clean, uninterrupted lines that define architectural edges.

  • 90° internal & external
  • Wall-ceiling perimeter
  • Seamless mitered corners
  • Architectural detailing
⏤

Cove Linear

Indirect cove lighting systems designed for perimeter ceiling coves and architectural reveals. Delivers soft, uniform uplight that washes ceiling surfaces.

Profile sizes

Four section widths. Pick the right slot.

The first question with linear lighting is always "how wide is the slot?" Here's what we stock and what each size is for.

20×30mm
Micro Linear
8 W/m Up to 750 lm/m Best for: coves, joinery
30×50mm
Standard
18 W/m Up to 1800 lm/m Best for: offices, corridors
50×75mm
Wide Body
30 W/m Up to 3000 lm/m Best for: high-ceiling spaces

All profiles available in suspended, recessed, surface, and magnetic versions. Runs up to 6m per piece — tell us your ceiling grid and we'll size it right.

Engineering Deep Dive

Why linear output tops out at 30W/m — and why that's actually good.

Spec sheets love to quote "up to 40W/m" or higher. But there's a reason we cap our standard linear at 30W/m: beyond that, heat kills the LED faster than the warranty period. Here's the math.

01

The thermal path matters more than the wattage

Heat has to get from the LED junction, through the PCB, through the extrusion, and out to the air. A 30W fixture with a proper thermal path will outlast a 40W fixture with a poor one. We design for 85°C junction max — not 105°C "absolute maximum."

02

Extrusion profile = the heatsink

The aluminum extrusion isn't just housing — it IS the heatsink. That's why our 30x50 profile is wider than most competitors: more surface area = better heat dissipation = longer life. A skinny profile at high wattage = early failure.

03

LM-80 tested, real-world verified

Our LEDs are LM-80 tested at 85°C, 5000 hours. But we also run our own 6000-hour thermal tests on assembled fixtures to verify real-world performance. The spec sheet says L70 at 50,000h — we make sure the whole fixture actually gets there.

Bottom line: We could quote higher wattages. They'd sell on paper. But we'd be replacing drivers in year three and you'd hate us. 30W/m is the sweet spot for a 5-year warranty in a Gulf climate. Need more output? Go wider — 50x75 profile does 30W/m with even better thermal headroom.

Quality Assurance

Tested to specification. Every unit.

Every fixture we ship passes through our in-house photometric and electrical testing lab. Here's what gets verified before your order leaves the facility.

🔵

Photometric Verification

Flux, efficacy, CCT, and CRI checked in our integrating sphere following LM-79 methodology.

📐

IES Files Included

Goniophotometer-measured IES files for every model. Ready for DIALux and Relux.

⚡

Electrical Safety

Hi-pot test, grounding check, and power factor verification on 100% of production.

🔥

24-Hour Burn-In

Every fixture runs for 24 hours at rated voltage. Early failures caught before shipping.
