How fast will I hear back?
Standard projects get a full specification review within 48 hours. Complex custom projects may take 72 hours as we prepare technical drawings and calculations. We always confirm receipt within 24 hours.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Standard product samples are available with a refundable deposit (credited toward your order). Custom samples are priced separately, typically 7-10 days lead time.
What certifications do you have?
SASO 2.0 energy efficiency, GCC G-Mark, CE, RoHS, and IEC 60598 compliance. We handle SABER registration for Saudi Arabia imports.
What's the minimum project size?
